There is the Mecca Agreement — Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and, accordingly, Türkiye.

Having presented this concept of collective security and a defensive alliance, they emphasize that the doors are open to other countries, and not only to countries located in the Gulf.

Egypt is often mentioned. I am sure that if Algeria shows interest, that too would have a positive effect at some stage.

And if such a structure were also to agree on the conditions under which Iran could participate in this process, I think that would be the most practical step in the direction in which we formulated our own concept.
