NEW: Saudi Aramco's Jizan refinery was hit again on Monday, the latest in a series of Houthi strikes that have kept the 400,000 barrel-per-day plant offline for weeks.

Houthis claimed dozens of ballistic missiles and drones targeted the site on September 6, calling it retaliation for Saudi drone incursions over Yemen.

The refinery hasn't fully operated since late July, when earlier strikes damaged the tank farm and power complex.

Diesel shipments from the site dropped to zero in August.

Saudi Arabia has been rerouting crude exports via the Red Sea and East-West Pipeline but losing refining capacity is harder to replace than rerouting barrels.
