That is the world we have been forced to live in. And the extraordinary thing should not be that Spain maintains its principles, as we are doing.

The extraordinary thing is that so many others have decided to abandon them.

There are no first-class and second-class human rights.

There are no victims who matter more than others, and there is no international law à la carte depending on whether we are talking about the Middle East or Eastern Europe.
