Greece has to reduce its debt. Do we really believe we can continue being the most indebted country in Europe?

Won’t this debt have to be paid at some point? Shouldn’t we repay our debts? Are we going to pass them on to the next generation?

By the end of 2026, Greece will no longer be the most indebted country, and by the end of 2030 we will have fallen below 110% of GDP.

In recent years, Greece has significantly strengthened its military capabilities.

Greece is not going to ask anyone’s permission regarding how it arms itself.

Greece seeks good relations with Türkiye. However, Greece has one major dispute with Türkiye, and that is the delimitation of maritime zones in the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean.

I will never enter into a discussion with Türkiye about issues that Türkiye itself raises, but which, as far as the Greek state is concerned, are non-issues.

Greece retains its inalienable right to extend its territorial waters up to 12 nautical miles, whenever and however it considers the timing appropriate.
