We were never at any point selling Starlink to Russians.

They got Starlink units they ordered through Ukraine and then smuggled them into eastern Ukraine, where Russians are.

They were using them, in some cases, for attacks.

In order to address this, we worked with the Ukrainian government to create a whitelist of approved Starlink terminals.

This has some downsides because a whole bunch of innocent people who used Starlink for work or education now don't have Starlink.

But no, he was respectful. He was good. And it had... but it had nothing to do... it had nothing to do. I just decided that I wanted to make America great again. This had nothing to do with that dinner.

I've gotten so many calls, and for years they've been saying, "Was that the moment you decided to run?" Really, no. I left that night, and the press was there—a lot of the same people that I see. They said, "Did you have a good time?" "Unbelievable." And some thought I didn't have a good time, but I did have.
