Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement, killing innocent Palestinians.

We're seeing a surge in settler violence in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and the continued expansion of illegal settlements displacing Palestinian communities.

And Netanyahu's government is clearly attempting to make a two-state solution impossible.

That's why we need to do more, which includes looking at further sanctions both on those involved in the violence in Gaza, but also looking at measures to ban trade in goods with illegal settlements.

I, like many people, feel passionately about Gaza and I will do everything I can to work with international partners to stop the suffering, to ensure the Israeli government adheres to international law, and to keep the prospect of a two-state solution alive, because this is the only way to lasting peace for both Israelis and Palestinians.

UK's Andy Burnham:

I have been absolutely appalled by what I've seen and read about the destruction of Gaza.

There's increasing evidence that war crimes appear to have been committed.

There must be accountability for the depth of the suffering the people of Gaza have experienced.

Ultimately, however, it must be for the international courts to determine, rather than politicians.

There is no contradiction between a zero-tolerance approach to antisemitism and holding the Netanyahu government to account.

An arms industry whose products you then give away to Ukraine.

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir:

Canadian PM Mark Carney:

Canada has always cared deeply about the Middle East. Canada has, since—well, since 1948 actually—supported a two-state solution.

I'll give the example of the two countries that I've been to on this trip. Two of the most influential countries with respect to potential solutions there are Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.

We need to engage with these countries. We need to be speaking with them. We need to work with them.

I was the first prime minister to speak to President Erdogan in over a decade.

Canadian PM Mark Carney:

At the summit, I met with President Erdogan where we agreed to launch negotiations on a new free trade agreement with Türkiye, a trade agreement that can unlock billions in trade between our two countries.

We signed new defense contracts that will grow our industrial base and jobs at home in Canada.

Q: If a conflict were to happen between Türkiye and Israel in Syria for example, does that trigger Article 5?

NATO's Rutte: President Erdogan is an extremely wise president.

He has been there for years in this role, and he will avoid getting into a situation that gets out of hand.

Q: What if Netanyahu makes a conflict unavoidable?

Rutte: Let's not speculate on what could happen. Let's not forget October 7, 2023. The terrible attack by Hamas on Israel.

We are getting better. But one of the ways to deal with this is indeed to make maximum use of the transatlantic defense industrial base.

Argentina's President Milei is pleased with Netanyahu's statement.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis admits:

I don't think we do justice to the the importance of the decisions taken at the summit when we just limit the public debate in Greece around, you know, issues related to the Greek-Turkish relationship.

When we have issues to discuss with Türkiye, we discuss them amongst ourselves and, you know, sometimes in Greece I think we take a very narrow-minded approach when it comes to these broader issues.

I'm always sort of surprised by how part of the Greek media reports on these on these issues with a great degree of exaggeration and an inability to really understand the complex dynamics that that we're facing.

Netanyahu's Office:

As part of the ongoing contact between Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump, the two held another phone conversation this evening, during which they agreed to continue coordination between their countries on the various fronts.

President Trump updated the Prime Minister on U.S. actions in the Gulf.

The Prime Minister, for his part, raised the severity of statements by Erdogan and his associates against the existence of the State of Israel, as well as the need to maintain security zones along Israel's borders.

An Argentinian flight instructor died after jumping from a training plane mid-flight, leaving his student to land the aircraft alone.

Authorities say 42-year-old Leandro Andrés Bertazzo, a commercial pilot and instructor, told his 22-year-old student, "You know what you have to do, carry on," before removing his headset, opening the door of the Cessna 150, and jumping.

The student, who already held a pilot's license, safely landed the plane.

Argentinian authorities are investigating the incident.
