During his visit to Cuba, John Ratcliffe delivered a message from Trump that the U.S. was willing to engage with Cuba on economic and security matters — but only if Havana made “fundamental changes.”

The ICC is capable prosecuting genocide in Darfur - starting with senior RSF officials.
 
But it should then extend to governments aiding & abetting through arms supply.
 
The precedent is former Liberian president Charles Taylor, convicted of aiding war crimes in Sierra Leone by trading diamonds for arms. He is now serving 25 years in prison.
 
What the UAE is doing is the exact same thing. Substitute gold for diamonds - same scenario.
