Türkiye's TUSAŞ CEO Mehmet Demiroğlu confirmed at SAHA 2026 in Istanbul that preliminary government-to-government talks have begun with Spain over a potential KAAN sale, after the Spanish Air Force requested info on a "top-tier 5th-gen fighter."
