Iran plans to charge oil tankers cryptocurrency fees to pass through the Strait of Hormuz during the two-week ceasefire, while inspecting ships for weapons.

Authorities say vessels must request permission, disclose cargo, and quickly pay about $1 per barrel in crypto. Ships that don’t comply risk being targeted.
