But the most important manifestation has been the continental free trade area, modernization of tariffs… close to 90% indicates Africans are serious.
 
Using Africa's savings for Africa's development is now a priority for many, which is very significant.
 
The problem is, 80% of African saving is deposited outside the continent. If we repair that we won’t need as much external money as some believe.
 
Africa Development Bank, together with others, is putting together a new African financial architecture, which is very optimistic.
