The invasion of Kharg Island is militarily possible but too costly for the U.S. If they do so, Iran won't even need to use missiles but less costly equipment.

To support invasion of Kharg island, they will have to invade Iranian mainland. But too costly as oil prices will rise higher than $140.

Iran will directly hit Saudi Arabia's oil production facilities. Oil will rise above $200. None of the global players want this.

I don’t expect the U.S. will push such an attempt. It's only in words.

Israel’s parliament passed a law making the death penalty the default sentence for Palestinians convicted of deadly attacks in military courts.

Iran is urging Yemen’s Houthi group to prepare for possible attacks on Red Sea shipping if the US escalates its conflict with Tehran.

White House on Iran:

Some of the previous leaders are now no longer on Earth because they lied to the United States, and they strung us along in negotiations, and that was unacceptable to Trump, which is why many of the previous leaders were killed.

Iran has fired nearly 1,200 ballistic missiles and 4,000 drones at Gulf targets since Feb. 28, forcing Gulf states and the US to use at least 2,400 Patriot interceptors, close to their prewar stockpiles.

The US is also rapidly expending high-end munitions like Tomahawks and JASSMs, weapons critical for deterring China.

Production can’t quickly replace what’s being used.

Allies are growing uneasy as US weapons are diverted to the Middle East, potentially affecting support for Ukraine and weakening broader military readiness.
