Ust-Luga is one of Russia’s key western export hubs for oil products and condensate on the Baltic, used to move large volumes to foreign markets.

Ust-Luga handles around 700,000 barrels per day of oil exports and exported 32.9 million metric tons of oil products last year.

Israeli prosecutors have indicted a 14-year-old boy from central Israel on charges of contact with a foreign agent and passing information to Iran, after allegedly carrying out paid tasks for Iranian handlers.
