BREAKING: USS Gerald R. Ford experienced a fire, “not combat-related.”

A fire broke out aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) on March 12 in the ship’s main laundry area.

The incident was “not combat-related and was quickly contained.”

The carrier remains fully operational. Two sailors suffered non-life-threatening injuries and are in stable condition.

A whistleblower claims a former DOGE Service engineer took highly sensitive Social Security data when leaving the government for a private job.

The data allegedly came from two major databases containing records on over 500 million Americans — both living and deceased — including Social Security numbers, birth details, and family information.

According to the complaint, the engineer said he had the data on a thumb drive and wanted help transferring it to his personal computer so he could “sanitize” it before using it at his new company.

The whistleblower also claims the engineer believed he might receive a presidential pardon if the action was illegal.
