Brazil’s President Lula da Silva & South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa called for peace during talks in Brasília as the U.S.-Israel war with Iran continues, violence spreading across parts of the Middle East.

An Iranian drone strike on a U.S. tactical operations center at Kuwait’s Shuaiba port on March 1 killed six American service members and injured dozens more.

Injuries included traumatic brain injuries, burns, shrapnel wounds and memory loss, with at least one limb amputation reported.

More than 30 troops remained hospitalized as of Tuesday: one in San Antonio, 12 at Walter Reed near Washington, D.C., and about 25 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

Iran is exporting more oil through the Strait of Hormuz than before the war.

Since fighting began on Feb. 28, tankers have loaded about 2.1 million barrels of Iranian oil per day, slightly higher than February levels, according to tanker-tracking firm Kpler.

A cyberattack linked to an Iranian hacker group has crippled Stryker, a global medical technology company.

The attack reportedly used “wiper” malware that erased data from networked devices, shutting down systems at Stryker’s Cork, Ireland site.

Affected machines display the logo of Handala Hack, a group believed tied to Iran.

Employees said network access collapsed, sending staff home and wiping some work accounts from personal phones.

French President Macron warned after a G7 meeting that Iran still has military power.

He said Iran’s capabilities “are not reduced to zero.”

We have missiles that are launched from underwater, and their speed is 100 meters per second.

We may use them in the coming days.

Iran has deployed roughly a dozen mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
