INTERESTING: Ukraine developed the Droid TW-7.62, an unmanned ground combat robot.

It’s a tracked, washing-machine-sized vehicle armed with a 7.62mm machine gun (commonly an FN MAG or compatible variant), designed for reconnaissance, strike missions, and now anti-drone warfare.

It can carry up to ~1,000 rounds, engage targets at distances of around 1 km, and uses AI for automatic target detection, tracking, and engagement — including against small FPV drones.

It is remotely operated with semi-autonomous functions to reduce risk to soldiers.

In 2026, it reportedly:
Shot down Russian FPV drones.
Captured enemy soldiers without direct human involvement.
