But we're not going to own rebuilding Iran. That's up to the Iranians.

We can be helpful, but it's their decision to make. This is not Iraq. This is not Germany. This is not Japan.

I think the Arabs are going to join the fight.

I think you're going to see a coalition between the United States and the Arab world to take on the Iranian regime, which would be breathtaking.

I think in the coming days here, you're going to see joint efforts between the Arab world and President Trump to eliminate the threat coming from Iran.

But this process of changing Iran and creating a new Iran is an Iranian endeavor, not an American endeavor.

Because this idea, if you break it, you own it, I never bought that. If there's a threat to America, deal with it.

That doesn't mean you own everything that follows.

If the regime collapses, then I think the likelihood of Saudi Arabia—the center of Islam, the keeper of the holy mosques in Mecca and Medina, I've been there many times—is willing to recognize Israel, the Jewish state, which would be the effective end of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
