Paris cyber-crime police, backed by Europol, raided X’s France offices as part of an investigation into the platform’s algorithm and its AI chatbot, Grok.

Prosecutors say the probe covers alleged illegal content, including sexual deepfakes, child abuse images, and Holocaust denial.

X denies wrongdoing and says the investigation is politically motivated.

Pakistan says five countries — including Iraq, Bangladesh and Indonesia — have shown interest in buying its JF-17 fighter jet after its combat debut against India boosted its profile.

Priced at about $40–50 million, the jet is cheaper than Western rivals from Dassault Aviation and Lockheed Martin.

But Pakistan produces fewer than 20 jets a year, mostly for its own air force, raising doubts about its ability to meet export demand.

Second, we will turn algorithmic manipulation and amplification of illegal content into a new criminal offense.

Third, we will implement a hate and polarization footprint system to track, quantify, and expose how digital platforms fuel division and amplify hate.

Fourth, Spain will ban access to social media for minors under the age of 16. Platforms will be required to implement effective age verification systems — not just checkboxes, but real barriers that work.

Fifth and last, my government will work with our public prosecutor to investigate and pursue the infringement committed by Grok, TikTok, and Instagram.
