Iran’s Intelligence Ministry says it seized a large shipment of spying and sabotage electronics (including Starlink terminals) smuggled into the country from a neighboring state.

The equipment was allegedly meant for distribution in provinces hit by recent unrest.

Seized items include 100 long-range receivers, 50 BTS signal boosters, 743 5G modems, and 799 smartphones.

Officials claim the gear could have enabled covert internet and mobile access in remote areas for espionage and sabotage targeting military, security, and industrial sites.
