Ukraine has begun hitting Russia’s “shadow fleet” oil tankers to disrupt sanctioned oil exports—first in the Black Sea, now in the Mediterranean.

Mediterranean (Dec 19, 2025): Ukrainian sources claim a long-range UAV hit the tanker QENDIL ~2,000 km from Ukraine—the first such strike outside the Black Sea.

The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) said that Gaza is no longer classified as being in famine after food access improved following an October 10 ceasefire.
