Roketsan CEO Murat Ikinci:

One of the areas we are most assertive about is the issue of precision.

Tayfun hits its target from kilometers away with a precision of under one meter.

Tayfun is currently in mass production, a platform whose deliveries are ongoing.

We will conduct the firing of Block 4 very soon.

Roketsan CEO Murat Ikinci:

Türkiye has the largest and strongest defense supply chain in Europe.

Roketsan’s serial production capacity is not a capability that exists only within the company; we produce together with more than 2,000 domestic suppliers

These companies can rapidly provide very high sub-component production capacity when needed—this capability does not currently exist in Europe.

After being overthrown and fleeing Syria in December 2024, Bashar al-Assad is living a quiet, luxurious exile in Russia, largely cut off from politics and public life.

He is reportedly studying Russian and brushing up on ophthalmology, his original profession, more out of personal interest than necessity.

Assad and his family are believed to live in Moscow’s elite Rublyovka district, supported by wealth shielded from western sanctions.

Despite their comfort, they remain isolated, with Russian authorities restricting Assad from media or political activity.

Asma al-Assad, who was receiving cancer treatment in Moscow, has reportedly recovered.

Their children are adapting to life among Moscow’s elite, studying, shopping and travelling frequently to the UAE, though permanent relocation there appears unlikely.
