The alternative is that if it doesn't work and it collapses, Syria will fall into civil war and become a playground for virtually every dangerous element in the Middle East.

In Mexico, there are areas run by and governed by these cartels, more powerful than local law enforcement or even the national forces.

RSF agrees to things and then never follows through.

Something needs to be done to cut off the weapons and support the RSF is getting.

Humanitarian groups are telling us the levels of malnutrition and suffering are unprecedented — things they've never recorded before.

Even more troubling, they didn't receive the number of refugees expected because many are either dead or so sick and malnourished they can't move.

The RSF agreed to a humanitarian ceasefire, but they don't intend to comply.

When you raise these atrocities, they hide behind the argument of rogue elements.

Well, it's not rogue elements — they're doing it systematically.

The RSF don’t have manufacturing capabilities.

Someone’s giving them the money and someone’s giving them the weapon, and it’s coming through some country.

We know who they are and we’re going to talk to them about it and make them understand it’s going to reflect poorly on them.

There’s an illegitimate regime that’s basically a narco-trafficking organization.

Lukoil has asked the U.S. Treasury for more time to wind down transactions before sanctions fully kick in on Nov. 21.
