The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) conducted searches at the home of businessman Timur Mindich, one of President Zelensky's closest associates.

Investigative actions began this morning in Kyiv, but Mindich left the country several hours before the detectives' arrival.

Mindich is implicated in several areas of the NABU investigation: corruption in the procurement of drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (his associated company, Fire Point, is the largest contractor), energy market schemes, and wiretapped footage of his apartment, which may have captured conversations with high-ranking officials, including the President.

Simultaneously, searches are also underway at the home of Justice Minister and former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.

Furthermore, Mikhail and Alexander Tsukerman, described as Mindich’s “financial operators,” urgently left the country on the eve of the searches.

They are also implicated in the FBI's money laundering investigation.

Thus, we are talking about a possible transnational scheme involving Ukrainian officials, businesses, defense contracts, and an international investigation.
