Ukrainian sources report Russia has started to use high-precision gliding 1.500 kg UPAB-1500B (K029BE) bombs in Ukraine.

UPAB-1500B has 50 km range.

The first confirmed strike was conducted in Chernihiv.

But Russians have been using these bombs for a while.

UPAB-1500B is quite expensive to produce. Extremely low numbers are available.

However, Russian Army increased the intensity of the use of high-precision bombs against Ukraine recently.

This may indicate Russia has developed a new and relatively cheap high-precision bomb.
