BREAKING: Iran says it will block the US-backed Caucasus corridor with or without Russia, says Ali Akbar Velayati, senior adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader.

He called the plan a threat to Armenia’s territorial integrity and South Caucasus security, comparing Trump’s “lease” idea to renting the Panama Canal.

Velayati also says that the Caucasus corridor will become a graveyard for "Trump's mercenaries."
