Anthony Aguilar, who worked with the Israeli-run, U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, says Palestinians must race through a war zone for food, often facing tear gas, rubber bullets, and live fire.

He says children have died of starvation, and aid distribution violence is routine. Over 1,000 Palestinians have been killed at aid sites since May, according to the UN.

The joint report by Physicians for Human Rights and OJAH reviewed over 500 medical records and 600 health worker surveys.

Survivors ranged from infants to the elderly.

Doctors described gang rape, foreign objects (like rocks, metal, even notes) forced into women’s bodies, and intentional HIV spread.

“This level of brutality is unlike anything I’ve seen,” said co-author Payal Shah.
