II. Next Step โ€“ Ceasefire & Leadersโ€™ Meeting Agenda
Focus on:
Full & unconditional ceasefire terms and monitoring.
Confidence-building steps.
Structure of future leadersโ€™ meetings.
Negotiations with U.S. and European participation.

III. Ceasefire
Duration: At least 30 days, extendable every 30 days.
Scope: Air, land, and sea.
Monitoring: Led by U.S., with third-country support.

IV. Confidence-Building Measures
After initial POW exchange, continue with full โ€œall for allโ€ exchange.
Return of deported/displaced children.
Release of all civilian hostages.

V. Leadersโ€™ Meeting
