World First: Ukrainian Sea Drone Destroys Russian Fighter Jet

Ukraine’s GUR special forces used a Magura sea drone to destroy a Russian Su-30 near Novorossiysk—marking the first-ever destruction of a fighter jet by a naval drone.

The $50 million aircraft exploded mid-air and crashed into the Black Sea.

GUR previously downed two Mi-8 helicopters with a Magura V5 drone in December 2024.
