Russian Foreign Ministry:

Russia calls on India and Pakistan to exercise restraint and engage in dialogue aimed at peaceful resolution of differences.

Portugal’s grid operator REN says the recent power outages were caused by a “fault in the Spanish electricity grid” linked to a “rare atmospheric phenomenon.”

They later explained it involved extreme temperature shifts in Spain, causing “induced atmospheric vibration” and disruptions across Europe’s interconnected power network.

Spain has not yet responded.

NEW: Pakistan issues NOTAM closing air routes between Lahore and Islamabad from April 28-30 for major air warfare exercises.

Pakistan Air Force launched two major exercises — “Fiza-e-Badr” (Northern Command) and “Lalkar-e-Momin” (Central Command) — deploying most of its combat fleet, drones, air defenses, and EW assets.
