Polish PM Donald Tusk announced on March 7 a plan to introduce mandatory military training for all adult men by year-end to bolster Poland's reserve forces against potential threats.

"We will try to have a model ready by the end of this year so that every adult male in Poland is trained in the event of war, so that this reserve is comparable and adequate to the potential threats,” Tusk said.

Russia escalates its offensive as Trump pressures Ukraine and cuts aid. The largest missile and drone attack on Ukraine since November 2024.

Ukrainian troops are facing encirclement in Kursk region. Russia broke through the front lines and advanced on a supply line from two directions.

On Friday, Russian forces advanced 11 kilometers, crossing the border into Ukraine's Sumy Oblast from the north.

It is believed that North Korean troops were used in the offensive to cut off Ukrainian soldiers. Drone warfare disrupted Kyiv's supply chains and logistics.

BIG: Sudan sues UAE at ICJ for genocide support

Sudan has filed a case against the UAE at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), accusing it of aiding genocide by backing the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

The lawsuit alleges the UAE provided financial, military, and political support to the RSF, which stands accused of committing atrocities against the Masalit community in West Darfur, including genocide, murder, rape, and forced displacement.

Sudan cites the Genocide Convention as the legal basis for ICJ jurisdiction.

Sudan also seeks provisional measures to prevent further harm to the Masalit people while the case proceeds.

Two active-duty U.S. Army soldiers, Jian Zhao and Li Tian, along with former soldier Ruoyu Duan, were arrested for allegedly selling sensitive military information to China.

Jian Zhao is accused of conspiring to leak national defense information, bribery, and theft.

He allegedly sold nearly 20 classified hard drives, including “SECRET” and “TOP SECRET” files, for at least $15,000.

Li Tian and Ruoyu Duan face bribery and theft charges. Tian allegedly passed military data, including details on Bradley and Stryker fighting vehicles, to Duan in exchange for money.

Tesla pumping up its numbers?

Canadian government is investigating a sharp rise in Tesla sales just before the federal EV rebate program was suspended in January 2025.

Within three days, Tesla sold 8,600 vehicles, triggering $43 million in rebates. A Toronto dealership alone reported 1,200+ sales on January 11, securing $4 million in incentives.

Transport Canada is examining whether Tesla manipulated sales records to maximize rebate claims.

Tesla has yet to comment on the allegations.
