The U.S. plans to start moving migrants to a detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, within 30 days, according to House border czar Tom Homan.
President Donald Trump announced the facility on Wednesday, with a capacity of up to 30,000 migrants. Homan will visit Guantanamo Bay soon to oversee fast-tracked construction, though the facility will start with a small number of detainees.
