Putin's peace terms:

Putin demands that Ukraine drastically cut back military ties with NATO and become a neutral state with a limited army.

Russia demands that while NATO members may send arms to Ukraine, any such weapons should not be used against Russia or to recapture territory.

Russia also wants to control 20% of Ukraine directly, including Crimea.
