Amid growing global scrutiny of manned fighter jets, Saudi Arabia has taken a pioneering step by planning to integrate Türkiye’s next-generation high-tech unmanned fighter jet into its air fleet.
The Saudis, keen to become one of the first countries to order KIZILELMA, aim to add hundreds of these state-of-the-art jets to their inventory, equipping their air force with cutting-edge technology.
Saudi Arabia’s decision to pursue KIZILELMA is driven by the aircraft’s advanced technological capabilities and its significantly shorter delivery timeline compared to jets such as the Eurofighter Typhoon and F-35.
While manned fighter jets often require delivery timelines of six years or more, KIZILELMA offers a much faster delivery window of just one to two years, further enhancing its appeal.
