1️⃣ No NATO Membership: Despite Zelensky’s efforts, at least 7 NATO countries oppose or want to delay Ukraine’s membership indefinitely.

2️⃣ Coalition Defense: A group of willing states pledges to protect Ukraine.

3️⃣ Foreign Troop Deployment: International forces stationed in Ukraine to ensure security, especially for Europe.

4️⃣ Armed Neutrality: The most unacceptable option for Ukraine—abandon NATO membership and foreign military presence, while Russia commits not to attack.

Syrians sought refuge in many countries, but Türkiye stood out as the nation that embraced and respected them the most. Hopefully, Syria will not forget this kindness.

Strategic relations will emerge. Türkiye holds several priorities in the rebuilding of the new Syrian state, including mutual trade and transferring its economic development expertise to Syria. We trust Türkiye in this regard and aim to preserve social bonds.

This victory belongs not only to the Syrian people but also to the Turkish people. It is a triumph of the oppressed over the oppressor.
