NEW: Israel struck an arms depot in Tartus, Syria at night. Israel has targeted military facilities, equipment and warehouses with more than 60 air strikes since the fall of the Assad regime, and its latest attack caused violent explosions.

Russia has evacuated at least 400 troops from Damascus following its takeover by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

The withdrawal, coordinated with HTS, included nearly 100 vehicles heading to Hmeimim airbase before flying back to Russia.
