Syrian opposition forces have reportedly entered Izraa and released the prisoners in Izraa central prison.

Izraa is to the north of Daraa city and is an important center for Assad regime army.

Iran and Syria have asked Iraq to send troops to defend the regime. Iraq (so far) rejects this request. Al-Sadr and the Prime Minister do not want it, while Al-Ameri, Katai'b and Nujaba are flirting with the idea.
