We have liberated several neighborhoods in Hama city, and progress is still ongoing.

We have crushed the 25th Division of the criminal Suhail al-Hassan. What remains of it now is nothing more than scattered remnants.

I announce to you that your mujahideen brothers have begun to enter the city of Hama in order to cleanse this wound that has lasted for 40 years. I beg you that this victory will be without revenge and merciful.

I firmly assert that the situation in Syria will not spill over into Iraq, despite the concerns held by some Iraqi politicians.

We urge Iraq, under Mr. al-Sudani's leadership, to distance itself from the situation in Syria, just as it distanced itself from the Iran conflict.

The Syrian revolution is focused on reclaiming rights from a criminal regime, not on Iraq. We hope to establish stronger relations with Iraq after Syria's liberation.

We urge Mr. Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani and the Iraqi government to prevent the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces from getting involved in the conflict in Syria.
