Russia cheated Armenia out of money: Pashinyan is dissatisfied and demands compensation for damage

According to the Armenian Prime Minister, Yerevan paid Moscow a large sum for the supply of weapons, which it never received.

Pashinyan accused Russia of not fulfilling the arms deal and proposed writing off part of the Armenian debt in return:

“Discussions are ongoing about mechanisms to solve this problem. One option may be a deduction from the debt of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation in the amount paid for weapons. This is one of the options, not the only option,” Pashinyan said.
