Russian Black Sea Fleet moved most of its ships from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk.
All three operational submarines of Project 06363 (Kilo-class), both frigates of Project 11356 (Admiral Grigorovich-class) & one patrol ship moved to Novorossiysk.
Project 1135M (Krivak-class frigate), five large landing ships, and, apparently, the bulk of small missile ships are also in Novorossiysk.

The technical readiness of Minsk can be restored using units of a former ship of the Naval Forces (Navy) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“We are considering the option of restoring the technical readiness of the Minsk landing craft through the use of systems and units of the Konstantin Olshansky, similar in design and “forgotten” since 2014.
Project 775 (Ropucha-class) Konstantin Olshansky, has been painted to Russian Navy colors and flying the Russian naval jack since July 23, 2021.
The ship's two diesel engines has been restored back to operational status.

It previously have the pennant number U402 during Ukrainian Navy service, now they repainted the 402 pennant after it was painted over.

Finnish investigative journalists have exposed how companies are circumventing the ban on exporting cars to Russia, according to a report published by the Finnish Broadcasting Company (Yle).
The journalists attached a motion sensor to a Lexus RX350 and tracked it as it was allegedly transported from Canada to Kazakhstan in transit through Germany and Russia.
Transit is not prohibited by the ban, but the journalists found that the car was actually transported to St. Petersburg and then Moscow.
The Lexus was later discovered in a car dealership in Tomsk, where it was purchased and driven around the city.

Top officials from the United States, the European Union, and Russia held undisclosed emergency talks in Türkiye on September 17, just days before Azerbaijan launched a anti-terror operation in Karabakh.
The meeting, which was not announced to the public, marks a rare — if ultimately unsuccessful — contact between Moscow and the West on a major security concern, after Russian President Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 upended regular diplomacy.
