Belarusian helicopters in Poland?
Local residents reported Belarusian combat helicopters (Mi-8MTV-5 & Mi-24) were seen over the city of Biaลowieลผa near the Polish-Belarusian border today.
The helicopters flew from Belarus to Poland near the village of Grudki, went about three kilometers inland, turned around and flew over Biaลowieลผa.
Polish side officially denies the incursion, saying that the radar systems did not record violations of Polish airspace.

Polish MoD now says there was indeed a violation of Polish airspace by two Belarusian helicopters, stating that Belarusian side had previously informed the Polish side about the training near the border.
The border crossing took place in the Biaลowieลผa area at a very low altitude, making it difficult to detect by radar systems. Thatโs why Polish radar systems did not record any violation of Polish airspace.
