Tokenization turned into real infrastructure Today, The DTCC, which handles settlement for basically the entire US securities market, has now processed its first tokenized securities production trades with firms like BlackRock, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Vanguard involved. Ondo is one of around 50 companies in the group, but more importantly, they actually launched something on the same day: the first tokenized stocks built directly on DTC entitlements, including CRCLon and SPYon. The "on" you read means nothing but SPY(ONDO) = on.
Also everyone is talking about Hyper Liquid, but do you know that you can trade ONDO tokenized Stocks on the ONDO app ? Something no one speaks about, its early and we are early on this. On top, Hyperliquid doesnt move within the SEC’s tokenization framework, but ONDO does. Ondo is basically building the bridge between Wall Street’s settlement system and public DeFi and this is something I cant ignore now, despite being very bearish on the markets. I consider the current prices as good and I am buying and looking to add more. The token is around 85% below its highs while the infrastructure behind it keeps getting stronger and more institutional.
Ondo already has over 430 tokenized stocks and ETFs, around 181,000 holders and more than $1 billion in Trading volume . OUSG is backed partly by BlackRock’s BUIDL and Ondo is one of its largest holders, and JPMorgan infrastructure is used for near-instant redemptions. On top we can start speaking about the deep connections with Circle, CoinBase, Ripple and the Crypto Lobby in the USA. Ondo is deeply connected with those, I am going to ride the winning horse here. The targets in the Screenshots are not my long term targets, I am expecting much higher in the long term.
