- Strong communication, negotiation, and logical thinking skills; responsible and able to work under pressure.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across CIS markets.
- Manage trading competitions, referral and deposit campaigns, and user acquisition activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Russian‑speaking KOLs, influencers, and Telegram communities.
- Localize campaign materials and announcements into Russian.
- Collaborate with global marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, user growth, trading activity, and ROI.
- Identify new partnership opportunities in CIS crypto communities.
- Support branding and community‑building initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory).
- Experience in crypto exchange, Web3, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of crypto trading and exchange products.
- Skilled in campaign operations and community growth.
- Familiar with Telegram, Twitter/X, and CIS crypto communities.
- Experience with KOLs and affiliate partners.
- Strong execution, communication, and analytical skills; able to work independently in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a crypto exchange.
- Existing CIS KOL/community resources.
- Experience managing referral or trading campaigns.
- Knowledge of futures trading and derivatives.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Background in affiliate or regional growth operations.
