A Delhi Police Sub Inspector got injured during a clash with protesters near Parliament Street earlier today

He says “We were standing near barricades stone was pelted by them (protesters).”

Multiple Delhi police personnel injured including SI rank officer when the protestors started pelting stones.

Delhi Police:

“Misleading reports are currently circulating on various social media platforms claiming that Abhijit Dipke has been detained by the Delhi Police. It is formally clarified that these allegations are entirely false and he is available on stage.”

Protesting CJP Activists meet Union Minister JP Nadda at his residence in New Delhi with their list of demands over NEET Controversy including resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. Protests continue in India’s national capital.

Sarwan Singh Pandher:
“Tomorrow we are heading to Delhi through buses against Indo-US proposed trade deal”

Amritsar, Punjab: Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee leader and Desh Bachao Morcha coordinator Sarwan Singh Pandher, along with farmers, is leaving for Delhi to participate in a one day rally at Kisan Ghat on 21 July against the proposed India and US Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

Pandher alleged the government has not consulted stakeholders and is negotiating the FTA secretly.

Farmers from Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand will join the protest demanding transparency and details of the agreement from PM Modi.
