U.S.–Europe Missile Deals Advance as 430 Drones Target Moscow Region

• The U.S. is negotiating with Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden to establish a European maintenance hub for Lockheed Martin PAC-3 Patriot missiles to bolster NATO air and missile defense.
• Washington is also in talks with Germany and other European allies to co-produce Raytheon’s AIM-120 AMRAAM air-to-air missiles in Europe.
• Finnish President Alexander Stubb said NATO supports Ukraine’s military actions, including strikes deep into Russian territory.
• Reports said over 430 drones were launched toward the Moscow region overnight, with most neutralized by air defenses.
• Iran’s foreign minister said final negotiations on a nuclear deal will start only if threats cease and existing signatures are respected.
