Starting things off with arguably one of my all time favorite recipes, an Indian Tikka Masala! I recommend grilling the chicken but stovetop works too. It's spicy, flavorful and delicious over rice and garlic naan!

This recipe is easily another one of the best dishes I have ever made. Fresh fruit slaw, acidic and spicy crema, and intensely flavored sweet and salty marinated bulgogi come together to create an explosion of flavor that you cannot stop coming back to!

Made this today, quite good! lacking in heat though so i added some indian chili powder. Great curry filled with vegetables and no heavy cream which is nice!

i had much smaller shrimp cause i used frozen shimp i got on sale, but this is what mine turned out like! not quite as pretty haha, but tasty nonetheless!
