No real recipe for this one! Got some chef's presses and wanted to try them out on pan seared chicken breasts!

Sauce is an old chicken lemon rosemary pan sauce, that I froze. Beans were boiled then cooler, then tossed in a pan with butter and spices/salt, then with water added and tossed for emulsion. Chicken seasoned just with pepper and salt

Food in Italy is just as expected, gonna make me real sad to eat food back at the US
