Lazy week night cook, chicken marinated with the spices below, and pan seared, served alongside roasted carrots and garlic hummus. Delicious!
And for an extra tip, if you want a fast marinade, vacuum seal your meat with the marinade! It forces it inside the meat and can allowed for a quick turnaround!
