Doing some practice on searing and properly cooking chicken breast, whole using a pan sauce I whipped together on the fly after cooking some chicken for salads recently

Lazy week night cook, chicken marinated with the spices below, and pan seared, served alongside roasted carrots and garlic hummus. Delicious!
And for an extra tip, if you want a fast marinade, vacuum seal your meat with the marinade! It forces it inside the meat and can allowed for a quick turnaround!
