Looks gross but tastes yummy! First attempt at a pan sauce

Cooked the chicken in pan, then garlic and shallot with diced bacon, then deglazed with my homemade mead and added chicken stock, reduced and added butter, dried parsley and lemon juice, mixed until emulsified and thickened
