2 epic surfs today in the most beautiful conditions. Sunshine, blue warm water and some dolphins, and a lot of fish swimming around. So I thought it would be fitting to eat a delicious breakfast tonight or king George whiting with lemonade fruit from our tree, Grampian organic olive oil, sea salt and pepper and a little togarahi for some gentle heat. I always surf without eating prior as I have so much more energy and power from being in a fasted state. 💗💗💗
