Announcing New Features in the CheerVision IP Database Project Dear Developer/Organization/Partner, We are thrilled to announce the launch of new features in our CheerVision IP Database Project. These updates are designed to enhance your experience and provide…
For IPDatabase developers:
For developer in Mainland China and Hong Kong, you may use the new endpoint provided for better performance and acceleration.
The original endpoint remains fully accessible and unchanged, so there is no issue with continuing to use it. The new endpoint is simply an additional optimized option for improved connectivity and performance in these regions.
We have also fixed an issue that caused intermittent 502 errors. One of the database servers became overloaded, and the failover mechanism had a bug where the timeout was not being determined correctly. As a result, the system could remain stuck in an unlimited retry/check loop instead of properly triggering the failover.
This has now been fixed, and the failover handling has been improved to prevent the issue from recurring.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,
